Elounda SA Hotels & Resorts and Six Senses Spas celebrate their 5 years of fruitful collaboration and their many awards for the amazing spa in Elounda with an equally enthralling new facility: the Koh Pan-Asian restaurant by Six Senses, at the elounda peninsula, opening in June 2012.
Located by the sea and serving a creative menu comprised of favourite dishes from all Asian cuisines, the KOH will use organic local ingredients in the tradition of both Elounda SA Hotels and Resorts and Six Senses Spas.
Six Senses Executive chef Stephen Quinn, coming from a career in 5* hotels in London and Hamburg with both the Four Seasons and Kempinski brands, has trained in numerous Michelin-starred restaurants and promises exceptional delicacies at his new seaside temple to gastronomic pleasures.
Stephen was elected chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs, the UK’s premier chef association, where he founded the eponymous “Craft Guild of Chefs Awards”. He has also been running a one-of-a-kind event caterer in London, City Dining, whose clients include the Prince of Wales, the Mayor of London, and numerous celebrities.
